Who we are

This website and The BCC Pathway course are provided by EmpowerARC ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the course, you are contracting with EmpowerARC.

Acceptance

By continuing to use this website or the course, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization.

The service

The BCC Pathway is a 7-week live online cohort with mentorship and materials to help prepare for board certification. Completing it does not guarantee certification by any certifying body.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
  • No copying, resale, or redistribution of course materials or recordings.
  • No interference with the security of the site (malware, probing, scraping).

Intellectual property

All course content, materials, recordings, and branding remain the property of EmpowerARC. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The 3-payment plan bills $199 monthly and ends automatically after the third payment. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of live sessions or the website. Missed sessions due to technical issues will be addressed in good faith.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
