Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, or at any time before the second week of training begins, whichever is later. This applies to both the one-time $597 payment and the 3-payment plan (for the payment plan, all payments made are refunded and no further payments are charged).

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at help@bccpathway.com and we will help you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. See also Paddle's refund policy.
